"The location is fantastic, and the swimming pools, and buffet breakfast were great.
Sadly the hotel is looking a little shabby with mould in the bathrooms, saggy beds, wobbly and damaged furniture, and aircon that was functioning sub par.
The room cleaning was very hit and miss, but by far the worst thing was the overpowering fake jasmine smell in the hallways - it made me cough and feel nauseated.
The staff are friendly and helpful, though it does take a while to get things done.
From talking to the other guests, it sounds like the hotel has been fading over the years, but it still represents great value for money."
