"We ordered a king-size bedroom. When we checked in, they put us in a double queen room without any comment (seemingly hoping we didn't notice). When we brought this up to them, they claimed they didn't have any rooms with a king, despite the fact that their website claimed to have multiple king rooms as well as a king suite available.
