"War ein sehr guter Aufenthalt!
Wir waren begeistert, wie viel Platz man doch hatte in dem Raum, obwohl es etwas kleiner aussah. Die Zimmer hatten keine Fenster, was tatsächlich uns geholfen hat abzuschalten vom ganzen Trubel in der Stadt. Ich vllt nicht für jeden, aber für uns auf jeden Fall! Die Klimaanlage hat auch funktioniert und die Zimmer wurden regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Kleiner Geheimtipp: Es gibt auch ein Kaffee nebenan, wo man auch Rabatte...

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "Fundamentally, it's a hostel with lockers big enough to sleep in. It's an incredibly nice, clean hostel with very nice self-service amenities, especially for the price, but you'll hear the people in the bunks adjacent to you and see people in various states of trying to sleep or relax in their pods. The pods are clever with storage but it's still very scarce, especially in the single pods.
Pros: Fantastic location on a pedestrian street steps off the Elizabeth line and Oxford Street....

"Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. I recommend staying at this hotel."

"Le meilleur buffet déjeuner que j’ai vu. Un choix de nourriture variée et excellent. Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment très gentil et serviable. Le lit très confortable et les commodités de la salle de bain vraiment très bien. De plus aucun bruit venant du couloir ou des autres chambres ne nous a dérangé. L’emplacement est excellent à 5 minutes de marche de la station Victoria où on peut prendre le train ou le métro. Beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel."

At check out I was asked for a 15 pound a night “tip” or service charges and to cover lobby and door staff! I felt awkward asking for it to be removed from the account, but really at 250+ a night I expect staff to be part of the deal. Is tipping at hotel really to become a normal thing in London?"
