"People who book this type of hotel must note. It has no windows à bit claustrophobic the corridors are painted a dark colour which doesn't help,l overheard people say it was like a prison block.it served à purpose for 1 nights stay."

"Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Very quiet, very comfortable room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and that was lovely! "AC wasn’t working until a couple or hours later. Some of the outlets did not work. Hair dryer was broken.
The fire alarm went off at 0230 and they were no announcements. Tried to contact the front desk and there was no answer.
Lift at the entrance was not working and we had to haul luggage up the stairs. No help available to assist."

"The usual hotel that I stay at in London was fully booked, and I'm so glad because I've found this absolute gem of a hotel. Location was perfect, next to everything.
Check in was seamless, I ended up coming earlier than expected and they had a room available for me. The hotel is clean, well taken care of and has an elegant luxury to it. The room was spacious, clean, bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was AMAZING (with a Japanese toilet!).
