"I stayed 2 different nights here. The first night (Feb 17) was excellent. I was happy with everything. The 2nd night (Feb 24)was not so great. I was unhappy with my room location as there was construction adjacent and a mosque close by (did not want the 4 a.m. call-to-prayer). I asked for another room and they gave me one near the outdoor bar/pool that had floor and shower vent/drains that smelled of sewer. I had to cover the drain holes with trays and such from the room to alleviate the gross odor. Otherewise the room was great."

"The way lotion and handwash was provided, in small corked bottles, was a bit strange and the free mini bar consistent of pringles and a chocolate bar. But those are very minor details, the staff were great, the breakfast bar was amazing and truly enjoyed the one night I stayed there. I would recommend it. "

"I came to Bali to check out hotels for my guests to stay at for my upcoming birthday party. I was looking to book 30 rooms. At first, I thought I found the spot. The staff was great. The greeting was so warm, and the service was great.. However, the staff didn't offer a refund after giving my entire group food poisoning. The room had roaches; they fed us rotten eggs; we had to call the doctor to treat our illness. Needless to say, we won't be staying here for my party :( Youve been warned!!!"

"The Dynasty Bali Resort is a great place for families on holiday but less appropriate for people wanting a child free environment. The staff are fantastic, rooms are very clean and the breakfasts are fantastic with so much environment. The Resort is well located for shopping with two malls close by. The resort is being refurbished with new paint and alterations and we had to relocate to a new room because of noise but the staff were very receptive to our concern and handled the arrangements extremely well. Our visit coincided with Chinese New Year and the breakfast room was very noisy. The Balinese music played was at a rather loud level, but because of the noise level was rather pointless. As older people we would not choose to stay again at the Dynasty again but would definitely recommend it for families who are well catered fir. "

"My room 211 had an on and off sewage smell my whole stay. We also saw a roach during our second night. I tried to switch rooms but the front wasn’t super accommodating at first. They first said it’s too late in the night to switch and to try the next day, then they said it’s fine and showed me another room. By then we were already tired and just dealt with it the rest of the stay but we couldn’t wait to check out. Rooms are outdated and location isn’t near any sites. Stay near Ubud or Canggu to save you an hour commute to your activities. Staff overall was friendly and we did enjoy the restaurant hence 2 stars vs 1."

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Platinum Hotel Jimbaran Beach Bali and could not have chosen a better place to begin our Bali trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality set the tone for our entire holiday. We stayed in an ocean view room and were delighted with the beautiful outlook and comfortable, well-appointed space. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options each morning. The hotel restaurant staff were lovely and always welcoming. The location in Jimbaran was perfect — calm, scenic, and ideal for easing into holiday mode. We appreciated how caring and attentive the hotel team were throughout our stay. "
