"So nice.. we had a medical emergency and spent most of our night in er. They gave us 2 extra hours in the room and it really helped make it worth staying.. we were feeling like we wasted 500 dollars bc we didnt have insurance..we still def missed out on some of our money but the understanding and kindness of the staff helped alot"

"The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location and direct beach access. Aside from that, you’ll have to deal with several issues: * No towels provided * A clogged sink * Empty toiletry bottles * An old, unpleasant toilet seat The biggest problem, however, is parking. If you return after 7 PM, you’re unlikely to find a spot—even as a guest. When you ask the front office for help, they simply say that’s the only parking available and offer no assistance. "The toilet had poop in it when we arrived and the bed sheets had stains on them. It looks like they were trying to renovate but never completed it so the hotel isn’t very well put together. The front desk receptionist was nice but wasn’t available to accommodate at all times."
