"The beach view was amazing! We stayed on the 4th floor, with no elevator which was fine and expected. The pool was clean. The staff was friendly. There is an area to clean all of the sand off of you after you were done with the beach. The kitchenette had a full sized oven which was great and all pots and pans were provided."

"Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Staff was nice and accomodating. Pool was heated which was nice in April. Liked the large hot tub. Being a motel with the outer door to the walkway, there were some loud talkers outside our door where we were trying to sleep at late hours of the night, but that was no fault of the motel."

"There is MAJOR renovations happening so things are tore apart and no pool available. We did have a renovated room and it was CLEAN AND FABULOUS! Comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was not bad at all for having to work around renovations. "

"Overall, the stay was fine and affordable but nothing luxurious. The floors are sandy and sticky. The bathroom is not very clean or cute. The restaurant and bar by the beach was amazing. The staff were kind and helpful throughout the stay. The free parking is helpful to leave the car there until you need it. "

"The photographs on this site are very deceiving! This hotel is extremely old. The water would not drain out of the shower. It took three flushes to get the toilet empty. Outlets did not work. They doors are cracked and peeling. I did not feel very safe with my two young daughters. There is no wheelchair access to the second floor or beach/pool area. "

"The room was dirty. Not properly cleaned. Floors were disgusting. You can’t even walk across the room to grab your shoes without your feet turning black. Balcony had bird poop everywhere. Even on the chairs. I know it’s outside but it still could have been cleaned up. Didn’t have the right amount of towels and wash cloths. Room description talks about the pull out couch but no sheets or covers or anything were left for it. Didn’t say we needed to bring our own. Pool area was dirty. Wet toilet...

"The people at the desk were very nice. The beach view was fantastic. The parking was plentiful. I didn't use the pool, but it looked pretty nice. The bathroom could use a little TLC, however it was sufficient for everything I needed. "

"The staff at the Osprey went above and beyond to accomodate our stay. The room was clean and surprising to us had a full stove, refrigerator and microwave. Walmart was 3mins away, so we were able to shop for food and cook while we were there. Just a 10min walk to Pier Park was great. Right on the beach. Down a few stairs and step onto the beach is exactly what we were looking for. There was live entertainment at the Tiki Bar and free clam chowder was served on Wednesday. The pool is small and...
