"Casino could use an upgrade on some of the other floors. We have stayed there multiple years in the past and we always get an old room. I mean that’s what we pay for so it’s what it is. We also stay there during EDC Week so prices go up by a lot, having a better room for the amount we pay a newer room would make things perfect."

"I thought overall the hotel was ok. It had everything to offer. Our only really downfall were the rooms. We booked 2 rooms for our family and asked for one room with 2 double beds and the other a king bed but they gave us both rooms with 2 double beds. Also one room had a fridge and the other room did not. The fridge was very old and did not work great. Furthermore one room had a safe that worked and the other room there was a safe but it didn’t lock. The food was great. We ate at Guy Fiery’s...

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
