"Everything was great but the pool slide must’ve lined with glue. It has to be the world’s slowest water slide. Everything else I give 5 stars. "

"I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The carpets throughout the property emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs."

"Staff at the resort were amazing. From the front desk staff to the life guards all were nice amd always had a smile on their faces. Not to forget helpful. The property was clean and very well kept. The rooms on the other hand were a bit dated The bathroom definately needs some work done. Overall our stay was pleasant. "

"This was bare bones enough for one night but the room we got had one working lamp for lighting up the whole room. Upstairs person was very noisy walking around. AC worked fine thankfully."

"El hotel es viejo, la habitación olía muy mal, como a humedad y cigarrillo. Habían manchas en las paredes, el suelo es de alfombra y estaba sucio dentro y fuera de la habitación. La bañera y el área del baño también se veía manchada y en malas contriciones, la ducha goteaba, La limpieza deja mucho que desear, y no soy muy exigente. No lo recomiendo "

"This place has huge potential and must have been a really cool MCM motel at one time, but the current management has no clue what they are doing, unless running a flop house is their business model , I almost wanted to buy the place just so that I could fix it!!"

"The hotel is very basic, and for the price point that is expected and okay, Housekeeping staff were very friendly and cleaned when you asked. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating to me. It was Coachella week and the hotel was insanely busy with the cast of characters that event brings to town, so a little patience and a smile went a long way with a very demanding and frenetic crowd. Kudos to them! Would stay again."

"We stayed in Queens Bedroom with balcony at springs pool tower. The corridor seemed to be dusty, the carpet seem to be old and so was the look of the room espcially the back wall. However, th amenities nd activities outside of the room were engaging."
