"The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. Extra towels and wash cloths were available in the bathroom and at the sink. The dinning room was clean and tidy, the lady that managed the dinning area was so kind. She was very welcoming and friendly. The food was prepared and arranged in a manner that made you want to eat. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again."

"Room had stuffy, mildew odor. Went to store and bought air fresheners. Sticky residue on dresser top. Bathroom tub drained slowly when taking shower. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just okay. nothing noteworthy. Juice machine was out of order. Only stayed one night so tolerated inconveniences."

"Do not go! This place is a disaster we didn’t stay they showed us three rooms with cigarette burns all over even in the blankets. The door jams looked like someone tried to pry them open. Expedia should not even have them on their website. Belmont should not allow them to use their name and the county should consider closing it . The photo’s on the website must be Ai generated.Don’t GO!"

"Needs structural fixing- electrical outlets were sunken in - carpet taped up - nicks in tub - no bugs were seen - not fully clean but alright Be careful the metal base of the bed did cut my leg when trying to get in the very high bed - since it was metal I did get a tetanus shot from the local urgent care Night clerk was fantastic - morning man was alright - they do have smoking rooms - coffee was not the greatest"

"The room was very spacious, I loved the vintage looking shower. Water pressure was good and hot water was consistent. Didn't find an ice machine but that is all I was missing because the sweet old man who I think owns it made sure we were taken care of!!! He even brought us a microwave. It was the perfect price and distance to retreat away from working bonnaroo in Manchester"

"Well kept small cabin near the Holiday Marina at Tims Ford Lake. Not on the water but close to the boat launch and marina with a restaurant and bar. Everything works and the property was clean and well stocked. The house is small but there are plenty of beds with three bedrooms, two loft areas and three full baths. "
