At midnight, we got woken up by the noise of the people upstairs directly from us. Needless to say, we were not able to get back to sleep. All in all, I guess you get what you pay for."

"The staff at this location were entirely unhelpful. Lines piled up at the front desk regularly with no attempt to help triage needs or really any acknowledgement of the delay. The elevators were both broken, and our toilet was clogged. Neither issue could be fixed as they told us that maintenance was not on site and could not be reached. The rooms were relatively clean."
