B&B di Kabupaten Blanco

"We had the most amazing stay! Marsha and Steve (the property owners) were fabulous!"

"We barely interacted with the staff and when we did, we found them unhelpful and rude. Breakfast was late and not very good. The pool was dirty. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. The landscaping and views are the true value of this place."

"The host went above and beyond, ike was great as well."

"Breakfast was a family setting with all other guests. When they say breakfast is at 9 am- they mean it. Don't be late! Fun to see the chickens and goats in this rural setting. Expect uber rustic accommodations. Jenny and Doug are super friendly. A real plus was that it was only a couple miles from Luckenbach . One unpleasant thing was that the room smelled rather musty and was very humid even with the air conditioning. "

"Some of the best breakfast I've had. Wonderful people. Peaceful and quiet. I would love to stay here again. Far enough from town to be country and close enough to be convenient. They offer complementary drinks and snacks."

"The Smith’s were the perfect hostess. The place is beautiful and full of great amenities and landscaping to take you to a great relaxing time. The town is only a few miles with great restaurants and stores. Steve and Belinda treat us like family with delicious home cook breakfast served at the big covered porch with in company of the other guests."

"The 2 course breakfast was great. I had a breath taking view of the lake from different points in the house which was exactly what I wanted. The host was also great and very welcoming. The room I had was creatively curated down to the sinks and rugs. It was a great experience. I will coming back for sure. I rate this 10/10. "

"The mother was helpful when the code to enter the room wasn't working. I tried calling but didn't get an answer so I sent a message on the website and finally received a response 1hr 15mins later but the mother helped us."

"They sold the place in May and didn’t tell us until the day of arrival. Still waiting on the refund. We were looking forward to staying there too"

"After reserving a two night stay, waking up after the first night, the house cook/maid informed us “we missed breakfast” and that we were “late for check out”, upon which we said we had booked 2 nights. She said you better talk to Shawn (the manager, pretty sure her son). He said he “forgot” he had some “inspection” that day “they were selling the property” and we had to leave. (He wouldn’t charge us)… As we were packing up, a group from Florida pulled in that he talked to and got to leave while...
