Fantastic stay, warm welcome from the staff, room was clean, sofa bed easy to set up with fresh sheets in place. The gym is amazing.

Perfect in every way

Very handy location after a long flight to Vancouver. Lovely room with a great view of the runway.

Great stay, loved it!! ❤️❤️

Very nice, super clean, very new. Comfy bed, nice bathroom gestures and lovely complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the shared space. I missed having no tea/coffee facilities in the hotel room. There were no cups/glasses either to be able to drink water. It would be fab to add those things to the rooms with creamers so that you don't need to get dressed to go get a coffee. A full length mirror would also be a great addition. Overall great as very comfy & quiet to relax in!

I arrived exhausted after a long journey from Scotland and the staff were very helpful on arrival and also helped me to transfer to a domestic airport for a further flight. There was a good selection at breakfast and the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend

Perfect location and hotel for visiting Victoria, all walkable or jump on the little ferry style boat.

The hotel rooms are a little dated but this doesn’t affect the quality of the stay, and they were in the midst of some renovations when we stayed between the summer and winter busy periods. The beds are very spacious and comfortable, and the rooms are well-equipped. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and attentive. The heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi are a nice to have, especially after a long day of...
