"Had to wait to check I. For about 20 minutes with the agent been in front of us while o. The phone with another customer what I did not like is that he had us waiting to check in without acknowledging us or welcoming us ! The room only had 1 towel for 3 people checking in ."

"Parking was great! When I arrived that night, my room had no washcloths, luckily I always carry one at least with me. I didn’t get a chance to try breakfast due to the long lines as there was a girls sports team so the line was too long! The bed was super comfy, room was very clean and the AC was blasting! Staff was excellent even though the hotel had a very large kids sports team there and the lobby was very loud."

"Breakfast ( if you can call it that) was atrocious!! Food did not taste good at all and when you offer breakfast, I should be able to eat more than the prepackaged granola bars. Even the bananas were hard to eat cause they were green!!!! The smells in the place are.....different...not necessarily bad but I guess an acquired taste. The parking lot didnt feel safe and the man that was constantly going to the beer distributor next door and drinking beside the building was off putting every day!!!...

"Gym is not good, it's just a room with 2 machines. Had to switch rooms because the first one was disgusting, they didn't clean the toilets. And no one was there for me to checkout and pick up the receipt (waited 10 minutes)"

"The ac did not appropriately cool the room We had it at 60 it was never actually cooled down The bathroom tub continuously streamed water from facet and was rusted and rust and paint were flaking into tub The room phone did not work There was not a manager on the premises any time I asked for one The breakfast was under stocked and the few egg patties that were there were burnt Also the staff was not polite Will never stay here again"

"Room booked wasn’t what we were given. Had to wait 20+ minutes for them to get our room ready. Lobby smelled awful. Went to see the room, but didn’t think we’d stay anyway. Walked in and the floor was absolutely disgusting. Didn’t look like anyone had swept in months at least. Turned around and went back to the lobby. Wasn’t even asked why we wanted a refund."
