"Good"

"This was a lovely hotel - we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend! The breakfast was nice - and the omelet station was great. The staff for breakfast was very upbeat and friendly. The bar/ happy hour was great - I liked the free bar snacks that were provided and the comp beverages were very good. We had dinner - highly recommend the Chicken Pablano soup!! "

"Was not allowed to check in and they still charged me the room fee for the night. I booked for my daughter and she was denied access to the room. She was told that we were going to get a full refund, but the claim was denied. I’m not sure if this was Expedia or LivAway. I was charged the room fee for the night even though, LivAway denied access to the room. I’m attaching all the receipts."

"We did not have our room cleaned! We did receive fresh towels from the front desk after complaining that pir room had not been cleaned. Breakfast was mediocre and the air conditioning worked well. The window screen did not work and had to manually move it to see outside! Would not recommend this property."

"The staff was terrible. The front desk person (we did not know she was the check in person) was outside when we arrived and saw us unloading our baggage. instead of going inside to check us in, she stayed outside and made us wait for 10-15 minutes wondering where the check in person was. When I went outside to ask her where the check in person was, she said she was the one and said she was on her way inside. When I asked her why she didn't come in to check us in when she saw us arriving, she...

"Linens clean, bathroom clean, woke up to swarm of baby cockroaches all over coffee pot, room next door smoked a lot of weed and the smell was all in our room"

"None of our outlets worked, kinda run down but it’s a place to sleep. Pancakes were paper thin a machine made them for you, the bagel and bread smelled bad. The orange juice was like water. "
