"Everything was amazing and the staff was excellent! It was a little hard to get in touch with nexuss and get our ride home times changed. Making dinner reservations or breakfast room service wasn’t the easiest with the app. but you could contact the front desk for help."

"Beautiful property with a lot of activities to enjoy and magical sites to explore. This includes a pool, hiking trails, several waterfalls and natural pools in the river, and the hot springs and mineral mud. Nice variety of tours too- the horseback riding/ tubing combo trip was fantastic! We loved the convenience of everything on the property! The breakfast buffet was very good, beds were comfortable, and service was helpful. We liked it so much, we extended our stay."

"My husband and I had a wonderful two night stay. The cabina was clean, comfortable, private, and quiet. The buffet breakfast was perfect and dinners were delicious with a stunning view, beautiful sunsets, and fabulous service. All of the staff were helpful and kind. There were many activities to choose from and beautiful forest and farmland to explore. We had an especially enjoyable bird watching tour with Ruth. We will definitely return."

"I stayed at the hotel from July 7th to July Here is my feedback. The entire staff from the front desk, to those who kept the surroundings clean and those who work in the restaurant are simply wonderful. Polite, respectful, helpful. I love the open concept of this hotel and the lovely and constant breeze made being outside very comfortable in spite of temperatures that soared to the low 90s. Great pool. Love the fountain. The walls of the pool need a good scrubbing as some parts feel slimy:...
