"Der Zugangscode der per Mail verschickt wurde, hat nicht funktioniert. Vor Ort ist niemand anzutreffen. Ein netter junger Mitarbeiter aus dem Sportgeschäft auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes war sehr hilfsbereit und hat mit dem Hotel telefoniert und auch selbst den Code ausprobiert, es hat nicht funktioniert. Das Hotel war nicht hilfsbereit, so konnten wir nicht ins Zimmer und mussten uns ein neues Hotel suchen und entsprechend neu bezahlen. Auch nach mehrmaliger Reklamation nimmt sich das Hotel...

"This boutique hotel is located in a odd neighbourhood of Golden, away from restaurants and other amenities, and in a semi-industrial part of town. However, if you get a room that faces the river and the mountains, you will have a fantastic view from your room. Our room was facing the opposite direction and although we had a view of the mountains too, we also looked into a industrial warehouse and yard which was not as pituresque. "The outdoor pool was absolutely fantastic, Carribean quality. I have travelled alot and the interactions I had with the staff were incredible. A couple times I said to myself, " wow that was really good" Gardens around the pool were amazing....And that's coming from a guy that doesn't care about that stuff Will stay here again for sure"

"Location is very close to downtown, park and walking trail. There are fast food chain restaurants at walking distance. Breakfast is excellent. Aircon and refrigerator are noisy. The hotel, though, provides ear plugs. Staff are friendly and courteous."

"Very cute room, bathroom was spacious. Loved the nespresso machine! The tray table with earplugs was super helpful. Hot tub was closed for maintenance was a bummer but no big deal. Little yard with firepits was super cute too! Great little spot to stay :)"
