"The room was dirty. There was a 1/2 smoked cigarette in the room. We booked a nonsmoking room and the room was smoking. The flooring and ceiling had large cracks. There was dirt on the floor and my socks turned black when walking. You could hear the highway all night. The walls are thin and we could hear the neighbors. The breakfast was minimal. "This is our 2nd time here. Great place! Clean, quiet and they allow pets. My only negative is the shower needed more water pressure. "

"No hot water and low water pressure for almost two days. Never stayed at a hotel where I called for towels and hand soap and had to go to the front desk to get it myaelf. That was "Different." I wouldnt stay at this hotel again."

"It’s not a luxury hotel, but it checks all the boxes for a family on a budget. It was clean, the staff was helpful and kind. My only complaint would be that the swimming pool had too much chlorine."

"I was put in a room where the key didn’t work. I made multiple trips to the front desk due to my key not working. It never worked and I couldn’t be moved because the rooms were allegedly all booked. Maintenance or whoever it was, had to let me in but I never got a key. So, I couldn’t even leave my room that night. I kept calling the front desk but no one ever answered. Phone in the room didn’t work so I had to use my cell. There was no WiFi password in the room and I never got access to that...

"Beautiful newer hotel with good breakfast. There is highway noise but there are ear plugs provided in room. We were able to sleep fine without them."

"the room kinda smelled & the shower water was brown when you turned it on. I had to let the water run for 20 mins until it turned clear."

"The hotel is about to fall apart. They don’t change towels nor they clean the room. 3 days I see no cleaning crew. Breakfast is only cereal and pane cake. Not return anymore. "
