"The property looked gorgeous in pictures. But fire pit was blocked off and un usable, hot tub was broke and couldn't be used, fan in bathroom was extremely loud, went to check in and no one was around. Waited for 15 min before someone finally arrived at desk. Breakfast gets cleaned up right away. So dont be 1 minute late. She picked it up as we were trying to get food. Definitely not worth the money."

"I thought the property was disgusting. Stained carpet. Left over food by the pool left out all night. While eating in the restaurant a mouse ran by us into the kitchen. The floor in the shower in my room was so slick I had to put a towel down so i didnt fall. We were told by the manager of the restaurant that the entire hotel had a bad rodent problem. I cant believe Ramada has anything to.do with the place."

"They need a large ice machine. The refrigerator ice machine very noisy and made 12-14 ice cubes over night. When you are in town for ballgames you need ice for coolers"

"Breakfast was good.Room was clean. Parking was free. Only one elevator was working, delay with being checked in, hot tub jets were not working, pool was murky, the gym had broken equipment, ice vending machines were out of order, clean up crew were working after 5 pm while new guest were checking in, and staff didn't seem attentive."

"Everything was clean, the staff were all kind, very helpfull and knowledgeable about the property. The pool is big and 5ft deep and q end. They have a wonderful jacuzzi in the pool room as well as a beautiful sauna and work out room. I wish I could have extended my stay but I had to go the next night. The room I got had a whoorle pool jacuzzi in the room and it was soooo relaxing. Great laundry facilities and multiple vending machines around the property. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. All...

"The room was not as clean as I would've expected. The bathroom had a handful of hair in the shower and the grout needs replaced. There was a mystery stain on the stairs and crumbs on the couch. And I woke up to the TV glitching like crazy. The staff checked me in, but nothing particularly special about that. Not very satisfying considering the price."
