"O hotel fica dentro de um condomínio, o lugar é espetacular, paisagens lindíssimas, acomodações super confortáveis. A má impressão ficou quando chegamos a portaria do condomínio e um segurança nos recebeu com extrema grosseiria. Outro ponto foi na recepção , os atendentes não estão muito dispostos a deixar uma boa impressão. Fiz uma reserva pra 2 dias em um quarto, vista montanha.
