"Bonsoir Je n'ai pas pu heberger dans la chambre car l'hôtel était trop loin du centre ville ,alors nous n'avons pas pu séjourner et donc je demande un remboursement intégral de ma réservation. Comptant sur votre bonne compréhension."

"The room was very modern, clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were lucky enough to secure parking right next door, but it was a challenge to find the parking area (and how to get from the parking area to the hotel). Once we figured it out, however, it was very convenient. And we just a stone's throw from Chapel Bridge. I would definitely stay there again."

"Hotel location is perfect at the old town area. Train station is about a 10-15 mins walk away. We took a cab when we checked in but it’s definitely walkable if you don’t have much baggage. The rooms are of a very decent size and are pretty well maintained too, only thing I can complain is the toilet size as I could only open and close the toilet door halfway without knocking on the toilet bowl."

"Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "
