Cari Hotel di Distrik Guildford

"Very pleasant, helpful staff. Very good breakfast! Clean room and well-thought out decor."

"Breakfast was great. There are good staff."

"I would avoid and book another hotel instead. Booked this property as it was near chessington theme park. A lot of things went wrong for just a two night stay 1. I had messaged them beforehand and even called them to inform them that my 2 year old will be coming with me so they'll need a baby cot. They confirmed it. I even called them a couple of days before and said that the cot will be in the room,. IT Wasn't!!. I asked to arrange it and they said it is too late and they won't be able to and...

"Perfect as everytime we stay ..entertainment in the loft/bar was amazing too..brilliant just brilliant. 4th time staying deffo recommend 👌"

"The room and hallways/landing were outdated, dirty and in desperate need of renovation. Mattress was poor - worthy of a skip. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Supposedly this was a DELUXE double!!! If it wasn’t for the fact we were due at a party in Dorking that evening and didn’t arrive to the hotel until 6.30pm, we would have insisted on either another room or ideally our money back and moved to another hotel."

"The outdoor pool was quite dirty when the bubbles stopped. It was overall clean apart from dead flies etc on the floor around the indoor pool. Staff were nice, man is restaurant made me extremely uncomfortable with sexual innuendos and was very unprofessional. Would have been nice to have the bar open outside the restaurant. The cleaning staff were lovely as were reception. Room itself was nice, parts of the hotel overall were tired. It would have been nice to have replacement spa towels each...

"Lovely pool, great food and pleasant, helpful staff"

"Warm welcome, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well prepared and excellent choice of hot and cold food and drinks."

"The rooms were lovely and clean and well presented. The breakfast room was light and airy and food was lovely. The grounds were well kept. A picturesque setting. The only downside was the bar was not manned and you had to wait for reception staff to call upon someone to come and serve you. The staff were all polite, helpful and friendly."

"It was a good buffet breakfast"

"Lovely room next to the beautiful pub. Gorgeous location not far from Farnham town. Would definitely go back"

"The White Horse Inn is exactly what we were looking. We stayed in the larger "fancy" room and it was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bar in the inn was as it looked in the pictures - cozy and quaint. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was excellent."
