"The pool area is so nice walking distance to the Mall of America"

"Clean room, comfortable beds,spacious and in Mall of America. Efficient free airport shuttle staff took us to and from airport all fuss free and courteous. Staff were always polite and friendly."

"It was an uncomfortable stay. They gave us a queen bed even though we booked a king bed. Terrible since we had our toddler and we were cramped. The front desk made sure not to make the shuttle service was never available. They said they would be taking people to the mall at the top of the hour but somehow managed to always be too busy for that. We found both buses just parked each time. Don’t book here terrible service."

"The property really needs a maintenance person. They are run down with weeds growing on the rooftops. Really. The elevator is very outdated and they leave dirty dishes, garbage laying around for days. The maid was late and didn’t make our bed once."

"Room was very nice in a facility which allows all rooms to be pretty close to an elevator. Reasonable parking adjacent with elevator access. Handy, decent restaurant off lobby. Location of the hotel is very central. Staff very positive and helpful - empowered. A great choice when in Minneapolis."
