Cari Hotel di Hennepin County

"Odd location. Felt like only 1 staff member working at most times. Restaurant is just the bar and a table in the lobby. Fine for a business trip."

"Room was clean. Restaurant had good food but the wait time was very long!"

"This is a meh (or a little less than meh). Great location for downtown events with accessible parking. Lobby was fine and there's an attached restaurant with mediocre service. Don't worry, they will cover this review with a slew of image-repair comments to keep their average rating high. The room was decent sized. Baseboards filthy. A couple of safety pins (evidently from previous guest) were beside bed open. Obviously had not been vacuumed for a while. The guest bed was like climbing Mount...

"Nice property and right next to the Mall of America"

"The hotel was everything you expect from a Hyatt. My favorite was the bed. Soft, comfortable, cozy. I extended my stay for convenience and….the bed. The location is acceptable. Very close to the airport without the feel of an airport hotel. It is backed up to a Reserve (Preserve?) with a beautiful Forrest on the River (?) with walking trails. What an amazing benefit for the hotel guests. Airport Hotel, Lodge, Resort. Okay, Resort is pushing it. Amazing breakfast, and kind, efficient,...

"This is regular hotel chain and all good and stable service and clean. Price is reasonable."

"Room was clean and exactly like the photos and description. The staff was very friendly and super helpful with any questions we had."

"Worse internet ever. Hear airplane all night and days. Overprice room for the quality."

"The room was cleaner than some, but there was a ring around the in-room whirlpool tub and one of the towels was obviously used. The jets in the tub were useless-- made noise, barely moved the water. Overall, the room needs refreshing (i.e. fix the wall instead of painting over the cut, repair/replace the 1980s microwave instead of propping it up). Breakfast was awful-- no protein, watered down waffle mix, tasteless syrup"

"Absolutely clean! I'll definitely stay here again if I pass by!"
