"Hard to get used to the 'contactless check in'. No humans around. The apartment was adequate, but there were a few things that should be addressed. I needed to iron a dress, and, yes there was an iron, and an ironing board that would sit on a table. Except that there was nowhere in the apartment where I could plug in the iron and use a table for the ironing board! I would have to rearrange the apartment. Also, the outlets in the bedroom were only accessible by crawling under the bedside tables....

"They have many buildings. The main building is good and has amenities. The o e from July 16-20 had no way to take luggage up as lift out of order, and the room cards didn’t work. Bathroom small, sink very very small"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but very small and cramped. The shower was smaller than most cruise ships bathroom not used too such a small shower. Very small TV, I'm guessing about a 20". The location is perfect, easy walk to restaurants and Rainbow street."

"The hotel is quite old and it certainly feels and looks it. There is no bellman service to bring bags up or down from the room. When requesting laundry service we were advised to take out bags down. Our room was right in front of the square and was quite noisy every night and early morning. The breakfast selection seems lacking specially in terms of fresh fruit selection. Housekeeping did not clean the rooms thorouhhly specially the bathrooms. For the price there have to be better options in...

"Good: location is pretty excellent Bad: communication could’ve been better. We have to wait the next for a message. And no one answer right away when we call. Our living room heater is broken (told them when we arrive) they send someone to check two days after and the guy said he’ll come back and he never did. We used the dish washer and soaked the kitchen because the water wasn’t draining properly (no one came to check after letting them know). Our garbage supposed to be pick up every two days...
