"The staff were super friendly and supportive, especially Dustin at the front desk. The property needs improvement, the beds are squeaky and the furniture very old. Definitely needs remodeling and improvements. Yet, the staff go above and beyond to give you a pleasant experience"

"The place was clean, the hotel overall well kept. The remodeling has been done poorly as even our shower door did not close and you can se some mediocre touches. The pool was not operating and the water was cloudy and the area looked worn out. Yet, the STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY, kind and willing to help. That was the biggest highlight. Definitely the property itself is still under improvement"

"This property is in dire need of maintenance and repairs. One of the two elevators was broke, the ice machine on floor two was broken and our bed needs to be replaced. I compare this hotel to the one we stayed in at Gulfport. It just doesn’t measure up. Staff was very accommodating. They got us extra chairs for our room as the room only comes with one chair. They accommodated extra towels when needed. But I did notice some of the staff seemed very old and we caught one of them hiding in a...

"Opponent arrival, I used the lobby restroom, which had flies and bugs in it. The furniture in the lobby was filthy and worn out. I arrived an hour early and they said they still had not cleaned the room yet so I said I would gladly wait. Upon a visual inspection of the room after they cleaned it, it had been hastily done. Sheets were not changed and everything reeked of some industrial cleaning fluid. Expedia did give me a $25 return of my money that I used on an alternate hotel that evening....

"The owner of the house, Colleen was like an angel. My grandmother lived in the same neighborhood as Sunnyside and I had no idea and I know she would be happy that I ended up in the Hands of such a beautiful soul. She cooks like an amazing southern chef and is so hospitable. She has two very friendly and beautiful dogs and makes you feel right at home. I came for a family reunion and I think I added to the family! My husband and I are extremely happy and we can’t wait to come back!"
