Cari Hotel di Kabupaten Bernalillo

"Service was great, caring and considerate."

"Very cool hotel! My main complaint would be the “breakfast” I think should be advertised more as snack bar."

"The pool and hot tub were my favorites along with pretty lobby excellent location and kind staff"

"I think that they need to get some new furnitures in the room. There is no closet or bench in the room. We had no place to put our clothes anywhere. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good! They are also providing the free bottled water for the guests , which was very nice!"

"Clean property. Large. Staff was sweet but service was mixed. We got no cleaning of the room and when we called to complain at around 4pm we were told housekeeping has gone home for the day! That was their response. No apology. I demanded a manager who then apologized and sent a housekeeping person who only replenished towels and coffee machine. Thoroughly disappointed."

"Our room was never cleaned over a five day stay even though we were out much o the time. The place is showing signs of wear to include frayed carpet, distressed fixtures, etc. The elevator cabs are shabby and don't relate to the last interior upgrades."

"This resort is amazing. Everything was so clean, modern, and colorful. We will definitely stay here our next trip to Albuquerque. The only downside was shower. It was like a trickle of water, no strong pressure."

"The room itself had been recently renovated and was attractive and clean. The room was spacious and had a nice layout. The bathroom was definitely surface "clean", but had not been renovated so the chipped tiles and stained caulking made it less appealing. The bathroom fan was struggling and it sounded like a malfunctioning Keurig."

"Great stay"

"We had bugs and smoke smell in the room. We switched late at night from a king to a double bedroom. Then the locks on that room didn't work that evening and the next morning. The only offered 25% room discount."

"There was a kitchen but no silverware or utensils. Maybe this room was not meant for any type of cooking. The bath tub and sink drain very slowly. We had to ask the front desk for a hair dryer. The hotel could use some fresh paint and new carpet. The staff is friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay better."

"The location was perfect the balloon fiesta and all the restaurants and shopping were very close. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The pool was open but we didn’t use it, it also looked great from our window. If I had to pick we missed the in room microwave and mini fridge. We loved our stay."

"Safe, room/hotel high standard of clean- especially in ‘pet allowed’ room, staff helpful & friendly"

"Very comfortable bed. No microwave or coffee maker. Small refrigerator was PACKED with soft drinks and alcohol, hotel was hoping to charge you for. We had to remove all of it to make room for the sodas we brought in and then restock with theirs when we left."
