Cari Hotel di Kabupaten Black Hawk

"Tons of children unsupervised in the pool area made me leave because they were jumping everywhere"

"Stayed for UNI Homecoming weekend. The hotel is dated. Rooms (bathrooms) needed to be deep cleaned better as grime/mildew can be seen in all corners. No cleaning happened between nights. Had to request more towels from maid. For $200+/night, i would expect the towels to be exchanged at the very least. Overall, it’s a good location close to UNI campus."

"Staff was great and hotel was quaint and unique. Only complaint was the tv set up - weird stations and the movies were a bit temperamental with starting over or remote issues. But not a huge issue. Just letting someone know."

"The breakfast wasn’t the best. Rooms were ok."

"Clean room, great staff."

"Room was clean and good. Swimming pool and hot tub needs attention and upgrade"

"Nice selection for breakfast. Little bummed that they don't validate parking. But it was only $12 for Friday afternoon until midday Sunday."

"Loved the location of this hotel with access to jogging or walking paths as well as shopping and restaurants."

"Very nice and very clean"

"Beautiful new property with great staff and yummy breakfast!"

"The room itself was newly renovated. The hallways were under construction as well as half the rooms, and we thought they could have aty least vacuumed the debris up. But the worst part of the stay was Sunday morning at 5 AM I awoke to people 2 rooms down making a terrible racket, and smoking in their room. I attempted to contact the manager about this and no one was available. It was way out of bounds to allow this behavior."

"Great room but one of the elevators was out of commission which made things a little slow."

"The breakfast was great. Rooms are equipped with old and worn furniture."
