"This hotel was in the heart of downtown Knoxville and we loved his location. So close to the market Square with lots of shops, restaurants, and even a farmers market on the weekend. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had when traveling. It was delicious and offered what we needed on a Paleo diet. "Plenty of parking and close proximity to the interstate and Pigeon Forge. The room itself was clean and well maintained. However, the elevator floor could use a deep clean and the elevator sounded like it needed maintenance. The hall carpet on the 3rd floor had bleach spots throughout. I guess to clean a stain? The room itself was very clean and maintained but the balcony needs to be pressured wash with a fresh coat of paint. A few chairs to sit would be great."

"Most TRU’S I have stayed in has been very delightful until this stay. Unfortunately noise level inside was higher in the midnight hours, exterior trash compacter was dumped or exchanged about 3 am with the driver slamming it into the ground 3-4 times, toilet ran all night."
