"Entering the lobby you will be confronted with a foul smell of uncared for property. It was a mix of mold, mildew, and body odor. The smell follows you to your room past the broken ice machine. We entered the room and was shocked to discover the lack of care. The shower still had hair in it. The drawer was wedged shut with a folded piece of paper. If you removed the paper, the drawer would just slide open. And in the drawer was crumbs of leftover food and trash. Handprints were on the dusty...

"Definitely the one of the creepiest and filthiest places I have ever stayed. There were hairballs in the corners of the bathroom floor, dirt and grime visible, nothing had been cleaned. The cover plate to the light switch was broken and half was missing. The safety flip lock was broken off on the door. I wish I had read the reviews before booking last minute. Just writing this review to try to save the next traveler from a similar experience."

"Room was nice. Good location. Friendly staff at check in. Couple of issues- toilet too low in ADA room.(for my elderly parent), hand and body soap were empty, one of 2 coffee.machines was not ready in a.m. and the room just felt humid even with A/c running. Carpet felt damp.."

"Courteous staff at the desk. Middle of the night, awoke to someone pounding on my door. It took way too long to check the security tapes (to find that the person had driven away.) Musty, moldy smell in the room -- either the AC or the bed linens, hard to tell. Took 10 minutes for the shower to become lukewarm and that's all the hot water there was. Unacceptable."
