"The bathroom was dirty after we checked in. There were soap stains on the floor and wall of the shower. We requested another room, but the bathroom was still dirty. Another room had a dead bug on the floor. After checking out 4 more rooms, we finally found a room that was acceptable. With each request, the front desk staff had less and less smile. By the 3rd room, her smile was completely gone and made me feel like that I was in the wrong and being a trouble maker. The breakfast only served...
