"The hotel is a well preserved slice of history. A landmark in its own right. The restaurant and bar area are recommended. If you’re driving by car take note that there is a long stretch of curb space reserved for buses, not cars and it is blocked off with cones. This makes accessing the hotel difficult and a member of the front desk staff was not pleased that I moved a cone to pull up and unload. I asked if possible for a room I quiet area of hotel, this was accommodated at an additional cost of £180 euros hence total cost £792 for two nights bed and breakfast, not good value for money.Room was clean and aided a restful night. "The check-in was very smooth. The staff member showed us through the property including the smoking area, public washrooms, the breakfast area and our room. It’s upstairs from a pub so we needed all that information to find the amenities. He showed us where to park the car for the night. A full Irish breakfast was included and it was wonderful.
