"The rooms were clean, but the first room I was in was a little small, the TV was small, and I could not figure out the toilet flush initially, it's not your normal typical toilet flush. Finally figured it out. The second room I got as I added an extra day was nicer, so my guess is not all rooms are consistently nice. Good luck. I am a solo traveler so it wasn't a bad experience at all, just a little different than my previous hotel stays. This place must be big because there are so many rooms...

"The location and staff were fine, but the bed completely ruined my stay. The mattress was unbelievably hard—so hard that it honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. I understand some people like a firm bed, but this had almost no cushioning at all. I woke up sore and uncomfortable, and it made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. A hotel bed should be comfortable, and unfortunately this one was anything but."

"From our arrival til our departure, the service at Mount Juilet was impeccable. The Hotel itself is beautiful with spacious well decorated rooms, well thought out amenities and a lovely spa. We both enjoyed massages (some of the best we have had). Meals in The Hound were tasty and well priced. The Saddle bar has a lovely atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting Sean who offers historical talks on tbe estate on Thursday and Sunday evenings. Looking forward to returning in the future to see...

"Room was clean, decently comfortable, but walls were rather thin, leading to a noisy night. Bare bones amenities(ie, no wash cloths), but overall not a bad stay, just not above the average threshold. "

"Enchanting experience. The bed was so comfortable and rooms were large! The grounds were breath taking. Multiple dining options and bar options. "

"Upon arrival, we were sent to a room without power and a leak in the bathroom. The stafd had shut off the power because of the leak so they knew about it but put us in the room anyways. When we were moved, they provided us with a free drink voucher which was nice but when we tried to use it to order a pint, they only brought us a half pint. When eating at their restaurant, their cesaer salad included carrots which I am allergic to. This was not listed under the allergens or in the menu...

"This place was an absolutely wonderful find! Its location right off the motorway is incredibly convenient, and it’s a quick drive to Waterford. We were a family of four (with an infant) and were delighted to be allowed to check-in early as our room was ready. The room itself far exceeded my expectations; it was cleaner and newer than many dedicated hotels I’ve stayed in. The bathroom was spotless and modern, with excellent hot water and strong water pressure. Despite the presence of a bar...
