"I'm a retired Facility Maintenance Director. When I pay for service I expect high quality, well maintained, and clean facilities for my hotel stay. Sonesta Simply Suites is not well maintained, in fact it's poorly maintained. Cobwebs, debris, dust in the corner by PTAC unit. Behind the bedside table is disgusting. It appears these tables are never pulled away from the wall and cleaned and vacuumed. Rust build up on the caulking around the tub. Lower baseboard under towel rack in the restroom...

"Bugs halfway cleaned box spring corroded checked out immediately was offered discount for another room but being honest bugs migrate both service guest seen the issues and still denied refund asked to speak to manager no where to be found"

"not the best customer service especially coming from one of their workers with the blond hair always working in the laundry room. Dirty attitude and always upset for no reason, they hardly clean your room even when you ask for a room clean they don’t show up the next morning."

"I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Detroit North - Roseville. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. The location was convenient for work and travel around the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"It is a tad older but the staff was kind, breakfast was good and located in a great place; easily accessible. Arrived on Wednesday and left on Sat morning, would have been nice to have the trash emptied or fresh towels. Would book again though."

"My only issue is breakfast should go til 9:30/10 am. Don’t let the lady start closing it down before 9 am which is when it closes. Both times we stayed she started closing before 9 am!"
