"I’m sure this hotel would have been lovely BUT, after we checked into our room (in the room with our bags), then the front desk contacted us to let us know that we would be without hot water the following morning/day, starting at 7am-7pm. My rating is solely for my interaction with staff and how they could have handled the situation. Expedia was wonderful to us and refunded the whole amount of the cost. "

"Nice place. Good bed. Whoever decided to start putting SHAMS on beds instead of real pillows needs to be flogged! Real bed pillows, like we had at Holiday Inn Express, would immediately improve this rating. "

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and the location was great. The skywalk takes you right over to the convention center without having to go outside and deal with cars and street lights. Lots of restaurants near by that we could walk to."
