"Très bon séjour à l’hôtel SUNRISE Arabian Beach Resort.
Le seul point négatif concerne la restauration : les repas étaient souvent répétitifs au petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner, avec peu de changement au niveau du buffet. Le Wi-Fi était également assez faible et pas toujours stable.
À part ces points, l’hôtel reste une très belle adresse pour passer des vacances reposantes à Sharm El Sheikh."

"expect OK receptionist but all staff are rude and racist and don’t want to work. The way my mother was treated, absolutely unacceptable. What I mean by they don’t want to work. I was turned away from two separate restaurants on property claiming you needed a reservation when there was clearly open tables. I walked out and found a manger. She follows up with, “we’re not busy enough right now to need reservations”. Very unfortunate and comfy feel that I ever had to deal with that."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the first night was very frustrating.
When I arrived, the hotel did not have the room I had booked. As a solo traveler, I reserved a standard non-smoking room with a king or queen bed due to asthma, which was very important to me. Instead, I was placed in a family suite far from the lobby. Staff called it an “upgrade,” but it was not— the furniture and TV were very dated, and the room was located near the lounge/club, where smoke and loud music carried into the...
