"This is a great place if you're not too picky. It does have some current renovation problems. Some buildings closed. Some building in need of a major overhaul. The restaurant La Laguna literally had rain inside, but I did not mind. Not raindrops. Rain. Kind of added to the charm for me.
It seems like a great place for kids, but mine are full grown now. It has a water park & a kids club so parents can solo things. Many animals around, surrounded by jungle, cenotes, mini rivers, etc.

"The staff were excellent, super helpful and available 24/7. The beach club is also great and the water is beautiful. There were many water activities available. We used the hotel's bikes to get around which was very convenient. Would recommend this hotel!"

"At first I had miscommunication, but it all worked out! The place is beautiful, the staff is great, quite a bit of things for kids which was great! Food some places were delicious others were typical not bad. The only thing I would say is the Hibachi was preferred guest and then opened to everyone else but not for parties of 12.MTS shuttle services were excellent as well!"
