"It’s not 24 hours desk service like it says which is a big problem especially if someone is locked out there room or needs to check in late from coming off a flight. That needs to change don’t say it’s 24 hour desk service when it’s really not."

"Overall it was pleasant experience. property is good but there was little smell lingering in the room due to carpet or something sprayed in room etc. The desk associates were good and pleasant. Overall it's not a bad place to stay for a night or so.."

"Although the faucet at the sink had a leak issue, the air-conditioning worked very well and they didn’t have a mini fridge but one of the bigger size ones. The TV shut off in the middle of the program for whatever reason, but we were able to get it right back on. Bed was comfortable and the linens were pretty basic. The towels could’ve been a little fluffier. There looked to be two screws on the wall that perhaps a picture was hanging at one time. I was woken up by people talking. I don’t know...
