"The staff was friendly. The spa was quaint and the massage was excellent. The jacuzzi was not functioning and there were no robes in the room. Over all the we had a nice one night stay. They comped a free dunk at the bar. I recommend having other food options or opening the restaurant earlier."

"Main complaint is parking. Double check where you are booking. My loved one came to visit me for a bit because im from the states and they are from the uk. Couldnt find parking except by the beach access and there car was hit while it was parked. Not ideal to visit if you have a vehicle."

"Did not travel w:pets, use pool or gym so can’t comment. One issue is that bathtub is very slippery & if grab bar wasn’t there it could have been a bad outcome instead of a sprained back. From now on a rubberized bath mat will be pack in suitcase"

"The smoke detecter went off while I was in shower. I had to put pajamas and go out to front desk. She call for someone and no one came. The manager never called back when I was told she would call. Unacceptable for the huge price"

"If you like 1997 this hotel is for you. I prefer 2026. Check in staff was amazing (Nicole) downhill rapidly. NO full-time restaurant on property and no room service. Room temperature was off.... don't visit when the weather doesn't match the season. Strange policy. Although, I am Lifetime Titanium status couldn't even get two hour delay. Asked to speak with manager, he/she wouldn't even come meet with me. Still have FAITH in Bonvoy, took train to New York Edition on Madison and was treated like...

"2nd stay at property. Was really disappointed, compared to one year ago. Put us in a room that could not access luggage carrier..had to go up a stair case, and then down a very long hallway carrying all luggage, leaving bags on carrier (hoping they would be there when we got back.) Sounds stupid, but shower head was so broken could not stay in position; kept drifting down against the wall, so really could not get a descent shower (had to try to squish up against the wall to have water hit...
