"This establishment should be ashamed of the condition of their property the stench in the building was horrible they tried covering up with not sure if it was fabulous so or some kind of cleaning which triggered an asthma attack for my grandson the sheets were not changed the place was dirty what the advertise is nothing like what they offer and on top of that I procured the insurance that Expedia recommended and when there was such a problem with the safety cleanliness and overall experience...

"Everything was great , room was perfect, clean , everyone was very nice and friendly. We had an issue with our key card not opening the door and front desk quickly got maintenence and we were back in our room quickly. They also allowed us to stay an extra hour and use the beach passes and parking passes which was so very kind !"

"2/5 Stars The Boulevard Hotel has a charming aesthetic and a great location, but the experience simply doesn’t live up to the “elevated luxury” brand it promotes. Our room had a persistent musty, moldy smell from the moment we walked in, and it was much smaller than expected. The air conditioning was another frustration—it either blasted icy air or didn’t cool the room enough. Since one of the beds sits directly next to the AC unit, whoever sleeps there gets cold air blowing on them all night....

"I would not stay here again. Shampoo was used! Could not even have a new bottle to make it look like they tried. The room was filthy when we arrived. There were hairs throughout the room, bugs in the bed, and rat droppings on the bed. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. No guest should have to worry about sleeping in a bed that appears to have been exposed to rodents. For the amount they charge, I expected a clean, safe room, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had....
