"We had an amazing stay at the Hotel LBI. We originally booked with the understanding that there was a shuttle to the beach, but we came a few days before the season, so it wasn’t running. This was very disappointing and I wish it had been advertised. Otherwise, the room was fantastic, the food was amazing (if a little pricey), and the amenities of the hotel were spectacular. I would definitely come again!"

"The room had a wonderful view. HOWEVER, when I search hotels I look for hotels with hottubs. I called and made sure it was working. They said yes. Get there and it is not working. She said I should of asked if it was a jacuzzi. That is not how it is stated on line. I was VERY disappointed. The one thing I wanted. The staff needs to communicate appropriately and state it is not running as it should be."

"Be careful if you book this hotel. It is a pet friendly place but what they don’t tell you is it’s a 75.00 fee and the beach is NOT pet friendly. To take your pet to a pet friendly beach is 29 min away. If you do go with your pet make sure you bring vaccine tags or a photo of them they will ask for it"

"The facilities were clean, our room had usual wear and tear but nothing concerning, the shower was really nice, it was easy to access the boardwalk, the restaurant/bar was lively and had fun activities in the evenings, and staff was accommodating and kind. I'd definitely go back."

"Beach clean, not crowded in he slightest. Hotel has dozens of beach chairs you simply grab in the way to the beach, no cost, very nice. Lobby has nice free coffee. Was a very nice weekend - thanks !"

"The parts of the property I saw were clean but needed some updates and maintenance. The pool was great but side walls of room and doors need replacement rusty and old. In our room the fridge and microwave need to be replaced. Our room was clean but needs paint and some updates."
