"We stayed on the third floor of the Beach House and were alarmed at all of the outside steps(40!) we had to climb to get to our room. The steps are not covered so it would be harder if it were raining. That said, the kitchenette was small but fine. Bring your own dish detergent, napkins, paper towels, etc. There was no hair dryer. The utilities, shower, ac, sink were all functional are unnicked and in great condition. The refrigerator, coffee maker and TV were new and worked well. The breakfast was good. Yum. I think that a nightlight is the bathroom would have been a good item to add or to bring on the trip. Hey, they cleaned, made the bed, restocked towels and amenities...

"Great hotel for the price! The rooms are a bit dated, but super clean! Beds are comfortable. The pool was a hit and also really clean, my kids had a blast. The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the location as it is farther down from Fantasy Island and quiet, but still only a 3 minute drive to everything. Bonus, the beach is literally across the street. Basic hotel with all your needs. I was very happy with my stay."
