"The staff were not helpful AT ALL. I asked for a recommendation of a spa since theirs is currently closed for construction the concierge told me to google it… I asked for late checkout they said they don’t do late checkout on the weekends. I asked about a breakfast buffet they said they don’t do those anymore WHEN IN FACT THEY DO. I asked if I could pay extra to do something fun for my fiancé’s birthday like her name on the screen or some balloons in the room and they said they don’t do...

"It started with checkin. We reserved a room facing the lake and was told this type rrom was not available. The lobby and hallway had a very bad smell. The room did not have any hand or shower soap. The breakfast buffet was disgusting. We asked the hotel for our money back so we could find another hotel...they said is was non-refundable. This was my first experience with Expedia and will be my last"

"I would NOT recommend this property! Although one employee (young lady) was polite and helpful, the young man working the desk on Saturday morning was rude and inconsiderate. The room was not clean (e.g., dirty kitchen and not dusted kitchen table or nightstands; bathroom was okay). The hallways, elevator, and stairwells reeked of weed. "

Finally got checked in, went to room, room was FREEZING, ac would not turn off. Holder in bathroom was broken, tv was missing hdmi cable so it was not working. Sheets were stained, bathroom was as dirty. I will not stay here again. Save your money and stay somewhere else."
