"One-night stay started rocky when our room wasn’t ready at check-in time. Waited in lobby over 30 minutes (within view of front desk staff…they did not forget about us) and when I reapproached the front desk to inquire as to how much longer, suddenly they were able to find a room. I suspect, based on comments by the lady checking me in, that they were waiting for a room that met all of my special requests (away from elevator & ice machine & on a higher floor). "This hotel was amazing. The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. The whole property was in perfect condition. Comfortable beds and well set up rooms. The breakfast was delicious, with so many options. I will definitely be staying again on our next trip down and will be recommending to others!"
