"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. Instead of being helpful, they seemed annoyed whenever I asked a question. The condition of the hotel was also far below expectations. The property was poorly maintained, and the rooms did not feel clean or comfortable. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and I don’t believe the hotel provides good value for the price. "I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The central location was a big plus, with easy access to the area and a beautiful monument view. The only downside was limited food options, and you had to leave the hotel. The good thing was there were good places nearby. Overall, a great experience. "Yes, the breackfast was good and the AC worked well. But, the bathroom in the room I was is very old, and there is no elevator, and the cafeteria is in the 5th floor. The service is very poor."

"Host are very kind. Little hiccups with check in but the rest of the stay was great. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool. It was closed. The apt is nice. It’s kind of tricky to find if you aren’t from there but with the help and patience of the host everything was fine. I honestly would stay again when I’m back in the area which is often.
