"Location is good. It's a basic place, but worth for the price. And there's no Laundry service in the hotel. We have to go outside for Laundry. Overall it's a good place to stay. "

"Unfortunately! We had a bad experience with the casa kaoba hotel ! We had to spend one night there without proper electricity ,proper air conditioning! Not so happy with the staff first as they did not mentioned anything beforehand about some incident why they were having issues with the electricity until we complained it’s not working ! But after we requested refund , they managed to give us transfer to the different hotel close to Playa del Carmen !"

"We checked in and when we saw the room, decided not to stay.
The room had no windows other than a sliding glass door that opened to the pool area. The room had a smell of disinfectant that was just too strong for us.
For a few more dollars we found a better place. If budget is the overall concern, I would stay here, otherwise I would look elsewhere.
I do have to say that the staff were extremely nice and helpful in every aspect, including getting a refund processed when we decided not to...

"Beautiful hotel with scenic views. The pool and beach were well maintained. The buffet food was excellent. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Dinners were a hit or miss depending on what was ordered. Many couples on this resort."
