"Booked a regular room, king bed in early September for a week ish long stay.
Pros:
* Great Location - a short drive or walk from many restaurants, stores and the main 5th Ave.
* Cheap rate - Very inexpensive hotel with basic amenities. You get what you pay for.
* Garage - Private underground garage which is useful if you are renting a car. I advise getting a smaller car if possible. Not a lot of space.
* Breakfast - Simple but solid breakfast if you pay to have it included for your stay.

"Our stay at JOIA was phenomenal. I’ll start with the food, we tried every restaurant and everything was delicious if I could recommend one memorable dish it was the guac so simple, but magical! You have to make a reservation at each restaurant but we found that even if we didn’t have a reservation the wait did not exceed 15 minutes. The beach had a little seaweed nothing crazy; however I did get stung by a jelly fish.
