"The hotel staff was very friendly but overall this was a very average, all-inclusive resort. The pools were nice and the food was good for an all-inclusive, but the resort is nothing spectacular. Good place for families."

"The best trip ever definitely better than a cruise. The Japanese restaurant really need to change chair as my husband fell out the chair due to been too loose. A few of our guest had to change chairs."

"Property was nice, breakfast was pretty good. Beach walk was 5 minutes. Rodney Village shops were just minutes away walking. The resort lunch was great. Couple of good restaurants in Rodney bay as well"

"My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.
