"The property was extremely outdated and some of the staff were extremely unfriendly. One of their front desk attendants also attempted to charge me an additonal $1365.00 with no explanation. There was a lack of entertainment for my group and most events ended by 10pm which was quite early. Most of the restaurants weren't that good. "My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.

"All-inclusive was the way to go! We booked this trip for a graduation and birthday celebration and it couldn’t have gone any better! It was so good we wanted to extend our trip. We will definitely be back and felt like The Landings was the perfect spot in St Lucia! Amazing staff, villas with private hot tubs and convenient to excursions, restaurants/bars and boat marinas!"
