Breakfast was well stocked, variety of choices for everyone including our dietary requirements. Requests for extra bedding due to disability catered for. Room was clean and well furnished. "Spotless room, almost everything was tickety boo. Except the TV in my room (138) was not receiving any signal and, thus, I was unable to watch anything on the night I was a guest there. The fault was reported to the front desk, but it was too late in the day for anyone from maintenance to fix the issue for me during my stay. As I was inconvenienced I managed to negotiate a compensation with James, who was very amenable and helpful. This included some free bottled water and a complimentary...

"Lovely large family suite with 2 rooms! Also welcomed our well behaved dog. Only issue was that our door didn’t lock from the inside. Overall really pleased with our room and the hotel itself."
