Cari Hotel di Whitsunday Regional

"very nice hotel, good location"

"The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays."

"The resort was amazing, spacious accommodation and modern facilities. Staff were friendly. Great views from our apartment. Easy access to Airley Beach Centre and the shuttle bus was convenient. Highly recommend."

"Ideal for what we needed"

"Furniture was out of date. Apartment needs an upgrade"

"This resort is brilliant for relaxing. Only 20 adults on site at any time, which provides a great ambience and chilled vibe. The transfers are magical - we chose the helicopter in, and the boat out. The food was terrific and the accommodation very good with great views. The resort is highly recommended!"

"The property was great We would stay again but more than one night next time"

"Honestly we were disappointed. The bungalows are worn down and dirty - and we tried 3 different ones because we got dropped at the wrong one at first. Then the second one we stayed at one night and the third one for 4 nights (after coming back from another island). All three bungalows were dark, dirty and just tired to look at. Spots and stains everywhere on the curtains, on the sofa (we didnt sit in it once), nighttables, mould on the fan and even stains on the tissue-container. The beds were...

"Mold in the shower, pillow was that thin i thought there was no pillow in the pillow case, dishes were not clean, one of the blankets smelt like vomit. Very poor for the price"

"Pool was good & the balcony was nice to sit out at night, one Staff member in particular was quite difficult to understand The bathroom had this terrible smell coming out of the floor drain, we had to put a towel over it so we couldn't smell it. The corner spa bath is very 80's & most difficult to get into it, there wasn't much room to get in the shower situated in the spa bath, water leaked all over the floor, made it very slipery, shower not cleaned very well"

"Lots of activities for the kids. Park well maintained"

"Amazing stay at this property 10/10"

"qualia is one of the most beautiful properties we have visited. The setting, architecture, views, and atmosphere truly feel special and uniquely Australian. Our arrival experience was excellent. Noemi provided a warm airport pickup, smooth check-in, and a thoughtful overview of the property and room. The accommodations themselves were stunning. We also had an incredible “Best of Both Worlds” tour with Pedro, who was engaging, knowledgeable, and passionate about the island. It was one of the...
