"Check in was at 3PM. I got there at 2PM and was not even greeted with a hello. I asked if possible to check in early but was told that the room was not ready & being cleaned so to come back at 3PM. at 3PM I went back & was told the room was not ready because it needed to be cleaned. UM you told me at 2PM it was in the process of being cleaned. Then was told that 3 other rooms were before ours so they would call/text when available. "Cleanliness is a major issue at this hotel, especially the floors!"

"The only thing that is like the picture and is worthy is the pool , they don’t have breakfast."

"Booked on accident and attempted to get a refund and again booking through Expedia is just a bad idea. I have had good experiences however if you book make sure you book the correct hotel or able to attend as refunds are near impossible to obtain through a third party service like Expedia."

"The beds in your hotel are not good at all. When one sleeps, the body sinks into the mattress, causing pain in the morning. That is why you should replace the beds; otherwise, everything else is fine. Thank you.🌺"
