"Para un hotel tan caro y no tener desayuno gratis la picsina super apestosa a clorox q parecia esta muy sucia (agua color verde) la puerta d mi habitacion la cerradura no servia ya q cuando salia dl cuarto si yo no la ajustaba no cerraba y cualquier persona podia tener ingreso a mi cuarto la nevera no enfria mucho y a media noche x los pasillos niñas adolecentes corriendo haciendo mucho ruido d risas y gritos fue una noche pesima. ⭐️⭐️"

"Couldn't check in because I didn't have enough on my card for the deposit and pet fee that was not advertised. I was in a desperate position and I'm sure came off high strung. The front desk person took great joy in telling me how happy he was that I wouldn't get my money back, because I had already paid for the room. I thought I was going to have to sleep in my car, 900 miles from home. Luckily I found a safer hotel."

"Shower walls had dirty handprints and the shower would not close because both doors were weighted to the same side. The curtains in the room were broken so they wouldn’t fully close. There wasn’t a physical front desk attendant to assist with anything and the staff did not speak English making it very difficult to communicate needs. Will not book here again."

"If you want to sit in a Jacuzzi tub and smoke, it's great. Other than that, there's nothing great about this place. Our TV wasn't a smart TV and wasn't very big. The bathroom door barely shut from being swollen and the light didn't work. We exchanged the blown bulb for a different bulb in the room. We only seen cereal and milk for breakfast. Maybe there is more early in the morning that we didn't see. The staff was not very friendly and don't try to get a cup of hot coffee after like noon. The...

"The Yortowne Hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It also sits in the heart of the city. This spot has an abundance of restaurants as well as historic signage in various spots. A real gem of a restaurant is The White Rose offering great seafood choices. The staff at the restaurant and hotel are top notch with a customer friendly attitude. "

"I made the reservation for my elderly father to stay there for five days. He decided not to go and I spoke with the hotel and Expedia. The hotel will not give me ANY of my dads money back. The reservation was canceled in the second day. Dad tried to talk to the hotel the first night and they wouldn’t even talk to him. He was told to call Expedia.
