"Room was very dirty. Soon as we got there, we went to the pool. About 8 of the 10 towels I grabbed had stains in them. The room had hair trimming all over the bathroom counter, stains all over the bedding and curtains, and you could tell someone threw liquid on the one wall. We had two kids and drove 5 hrs, by the time we saw how gross the room was, it was too hard to move. I tried calling the front desk but no one answered and when I went down, no one was there. "This hotel was a ghost town when I stayed. Hardly saw any other guests. Restaurant food was not amazing for the price. pool was closed. Quick shop was not well stocked. It’s a beautiful hotel. It’s a shame it doesn’t have more buzz. Not much security. Didn’t feel entirely safe as a solo Traveler. I don’t even think I saw a security guard at all. "Great location, breakfast was good and room was huge!"

"Breakfast was okay. Had to wait a handful of times because staff was not on top of things. Still uses tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner unlike most hotels that have the big squeeze bottles on the shower walls. Staff was okay, kind of we spoke to them but never greeted us we had to speak first. "

"The expedia site said this hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub, a major factor in my decision on this hotel. When i got there i found neither. Very disappointing."

"The hotel was unfortunately in the process of renovating so the gym and pool were closed. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean.
