"The room was very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was very nice. We used the pool and jacuzzi which we found to be well maintained and as we would have wanted. The food was very good both at breakfast and dinner although the service at breakfast was disappointing as our coffee was forgotten. All in all a very pleasant stay (our two sons were playing in the PGA golf competition) and the course was beautiful."

"Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. There is a leisure pool at site too. Huge parking lot at back. The buffet breakfast offered was full English style and truly great. Staffs were super friendly. "Paid just under £200 for 2 nights accommodation. The room was of poor standard and not very well cleaned or maintained. Stains on the carpet, the tiles in the bathroom are cracked so made it unsafe to walk bare foot. The shower wasnt very warm and the spray went everywhere but me. The sink had a hole and cracks in it."

"We visited this hotel as a party of eight for a Golden Wedding anniversary celebration. The reception staff there went well above and beyond what could reasonably be expected. They accommodated all our requests happily and efficiently and contributed significantly to our very pleasurable stay. The little 'perks' the hotel offers it's guests also contribute to the very positive view we have of the establishment."
