Serviced Apartment di Dewan Kota Sydney

"The studio room was fine for the two of us and had a comfortable bed. We picked the hotel even though it was more expensive than other places because it had a pool and spa. The pool was nice but the spa was not as warm as it should be and on our last day the spa was cold (same temperature as the pool). The spa jets are switched on and off by a button on the wall. However, the timer only lasted for 3 minutes so you have to get out of the spa every 3 minutes to turn the jets back on. The button...

"The room was very comfortable, did not expect service every day but received it with milk and coffee replaced as well as bath towels. The only thing missing was a medium sized towel for drying your hands. Close to food and restaurants as well as Hop on Hop off Big Bus."

"The apartment was spacious and well equipped with full kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My family was happy with the stay. Thanks to the team for giving us a big pot for our seafood cooking. One feedback is on the cleaning. The floor and wall in the appartment need a good scrub. "View, space and price are all unbeatable."

"Saya bersama keluarga menginap 4hari 3 malam di properti ini. Semua berjalan lancar, staf sangat cekatan dan helpfull. Lokasi properti juga sangat strategis. Apartemen 2 kamar dengan 2 kamar mandi sangat luas, bersih, dan lengkap."

"This property is the worst! No one was there to check us in. Waited 30 minutes then a girl strolled in saying she was at the “other property”. Bathroom door broken, washer and dryer didn’t work, desk chair broke while my husband was sitting in it, sending him to the floor. Garbage in hallway. Balcony filthy. Staff was uncooperative and refused to give us information so we could talk to management. The clerk we were talking with, turned away and walked out the door saying “my shift is over”. I...

"The staff was very helpful. We got first floor apartment and asked to move to higher floor. They gave us the new apartment the next morning. Good location. Clean and nice bed."

"While the room was fairly clean and comfortable, it would have been good to have been made aware of the construction and renovations ahead of time. There is zero security at the property and it is completely open to the public which, as a single female returning to the accommodation late at night, I found daunting."

"Sungguh menakjubkan"
