"I was really excited to stay at this property from the pictures and the “roof top” when I first arrived I noticed the property was not matching the description online. The roof top was very small and the kitchen didn’t have a lot of things available. When going into my room I noticed multiple things wrong. The beds were pushed together to make a king bed. Then I noticed there were bugs all over the bed. The sheets were dirty and the room smelled like cigarettes. They did apologize and moved me...

"I had a truly wonderful stay at JM Marvel Hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The location was perfect, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I loved having a little balcony to relax on. The rooftop bar was a great bonus, but what really made my stay special was the staff — they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"Very nice place to stay. Quite cheap and close to the beach but also has a rooftop pool overlooking the city. Thanh and Boi were very kind at the front desk and helped check us in and provided us with free bottled water. Overall, very nice place to stay. Highly recommend."

"Stayed here overnight as we were passing through Hanoi from Sapa to Ninh Binh. We chose this hotel because it’s walking distance from the Sapa express bus stop in Hanoi. We were able to walk with our suitcases there without issue. Enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfy and the room itself was perfect for what we needed. In fact they gave us a free upgrade which was incredibly kind. The breakfast buffet was yummy too and they offered soy milk as an alternative which I was incredibly grateful for. More...

"Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it. The rooms were perfectly clean, staff were super friendly, and gym equipment was fixed quickly when I informed them. I loved the convenient breakfast and dinner package. Adding a sauna or steam room would make it perfect! Dinner was inconsistent. My first night with Michael was absolutely wonderful. "AMAZING location right outside Ha Noi train station. Walking distance to train street and the old quarter. 24 hr check in and my room had a view to die for.
