"Loved the location. Very quiet. Even though we asked for a room close to the front for my disabled husband, the check in clerk was not helpful. She put us a long way away and said she could have accommodated us if we hadn’t booked thru Expedia. We won’t stay there again."

"Excellent accommodation when you are just passing through. Very clean, and quiet. Exactly what you need when you need to recharge and get going in the morning. However, travellers need access to the washing and drying machines there was no indication that these were out of service. As this is a student residence I was in the laundry area and witnessed people using these machines. I put my detergent and clothes in proceeded to pay and nothing. Asked the young woman at the front desk what was on...

"The hotel might be fine but you will be afraid to park your car. Had two rooms booked and didn't use them as the facility is surrounded by homeless encampments. Not entitled to a refund but just gave away my money because my families safety isn't worth it. Avoid downtown Sudbury in general. Bummer."

"Rooms are super spacious and well appointed. The only odd thing was no body creme in the room when everything else was so well done. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast excellent. I think they could afford to update the beds. But I would definitely stay again."

"The fan in iur bathroom was obnoxiously loud and woke each other up to just use the washroom during the night. The bed was a worn mattress on a wheeled frame (no actual bed frame) The night staff were sleeping. The parking lot makes 0 sense. Could definitely use some renovations. The wallpaper was peeling in the room and the window frame was probably original. Breakfast was nothing to write home about and had no sausages or bacon available. Would not recommend..."
